Our provided API is a set of Web Services / XML Tools which allow you to exchange data with your store and integrate your GAMBY Shopping Cart store with third party applications. The web service implemented in ASP.NET 3.5 responds with XML messages which can easily be parsed.
Through the use of the API, you can create real-time links to 3rd party software possibly to automate the data entry of your orders into your accounting or shipping software.

The 3dCart API Web Service will allow you to:
- Retrieve order information including billing, shipping, and order details
- Retrieve product information including inventory, pricing, description, and categories
- Access your customer information and order history
- Update inventory by simply providing item id and inventory amounts
- Update order status changes, for example, from 'New' to 'Shipped'
