Manufacturers sometimes require that a minimum price be advertised to customers for their products. This means you cannot advertise a product’s price if you are selling it below the MAP price.
The MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) feature allows you to:
- Use our custom displays to exhibit text instead of a price
- Display the item as “Too Low to Advertise” or “Add to Cart to view Price,” allowing shoppers to view the item’s price in their shopping cart if they decide to add that item
